How does payment work?

One card payment, one time — £69 for a single event, £100 for a multi-event suite. No subscription and no per-guest fees. For a 150-guest walima that is about 46p per guest; a printed card runs £2–5 each before postage.

What if we don’t love it?

You see your finished invitation before any guest does. If, after your preview and one round of revisions, you choose not to share it, we refund you in full — we call it the Preview Promise. Factual edits (names, times, venue) stay unlimited until your wedding day.

Why not just use a free e-invite tool?

You can — and for some weddings that is the right call. How is the artwork made?

Designed and art-directed by us, produced with modern tools, and every asset inspected before it ships — then each order is finished by a person. What stays entirely human: the cultural rules (no faces, correct Arabic, reverent tone), the curation, and the review of your invitation before you see it.

Question 6

How long does our invitation stay live?

Accepted Answer

At least 24 months from the day it goes live — and in practice longer. After the wedding we also deliver a keepsake export: a filmed capture and a PDF of your invitation, yours to keep whatever happens to us or the internet.

Isn’t a digital invitation extravagant?

Accepted Answer

We would gently argue the opposite. A hosted invitation replaces £300–750 of printed cards that are usually discarded within the week — no paper, no postage, and your guests keep it. The craft is real, but the spending is modest.

Which languages are supported?

Accepted Answer

English and Arabic ship today, with full right-to-left layout — not just translated text. Urdu, Bangla and French are planned next. Your guests can switch language on the invitation itself.

Is our RSVP list private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Only you (and whoever you share your couple link with) can see responses, guest counts and dietary notes. Guests never see other guests’ answers, and we never sell or share your list.

Can we edit after sending?

Yes — venue moved, timing shifted, an auntie spotted a typo? Tell us and the same link updates for everyone. No re-sending, no “please ignore the previous message”.

Do guests need to install anything?

No. The invitation is a web page that opens instantly from WhatsApp on any phone. No app, no account, no sign-in for your guests.

Does the artwork ever include faces?

Accepted Answer

Never. People appear only as faceless figures — a couple seen from behind, guests in distant watercolour — alongside Islamic geometry, botanicals, calligraphy and architecture, in keeping with the homes the invitation will be opened in.

Does the invitation play music?

A soft, reverent track begins when the guest opens the invitation — instrumental or voices-only, never devotional lyrics. One tap silences it, and it stays silenced for that guest on their device.

Where does our guests’ data go?

RSVPs, guest names and dietary notes are stored securely in the UK (London), visible only to you through your private dashboard. We never sell or share them, and we delete everything on request after your wedding. The dua wall is the one public part — by design.
