What you’re buying

A hosted digital wedding invitation, personalised to your details, delivered as a link you share with your guests — together with a private guest dashboard (live RSVP list, dietary counts, email updates, personalised guest links). Packages and prices are as listed on the pricing page at the time you order. Payment is a single card transaction via Stripe.

Delivery and revisions

You receive a preview of your finished invitation, normally within 48 hours of ordering. Factual edits — names, dates, times, venue — are unlimited until your wedding day. Creative revision rounds (layout, palette, artwork direction) are included per package: two on Signature, three on Celebration and Bespoke. Arabic names are set from the exact spelling you provide; we never machine-transliterate.

The Preview Promise

If, after seeing your preview and one round of revisions, you decide not to share your invitation, tell us and we will refund you in full. Once the invitation has been shared with guests, the service has been delivered and the fee is no longer refundable — though revisions continue as described above.

Hosting and the keepsake

Your invitation stays live for at least 24 months from delivery. After your wedding we provide a keepsake export — a filmed capture and a PDF of your invitation — which remains yours permanently, independent of the hosted version.

Acceptable use

Invitations and guest submissions (RSVP messages, duas) must be lawful and respectful. We may hide abusive or unlawful guest submissions and will notify you when we do. You confirm you have your guests’ agreement to add their names to your guest list.

Liability

We will perform the service with reasonable care and skill. If something goes wrong that is our fault, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
